About Dazz Tech

Dazz Tech is a founder-led AI automation agency based in Chilaw, Sri Lanka, building AI agents, business command centers, RAG knowledge assistants, and workflow automation for service businesses worldwide. Dasun Dammika is the founder and the person who scopes, builds, and maintains client systems.

The Command Center demo

The interactive dashboard on the home page — agents, departments, KPIs, and simulations — runs on illustrative sample data. It exists to show how a real system feels and behaves; it is not connected to any live business, and the figures shown are not real financial results.

The free AI Systems Audit

The AI Systems Audit, offered via the booking page and chat assistant, is free and carries no obligation to build anything. As stated on the site: if the audit doesn't surface at least three concrete automation opportunities worth your time, you owe us nothing — you keep the roadmap regardless. Booking an audit does not create a contract for paid work; that follows only from a separate written agreement once scope and pricing are fixed.

The AI Booking Assistant

The chat assistant is a guided-intake tool: it asks questions, summarizes what you tell it, and hands that summary to a real person for review. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and nothing it says is a binding offer or commitment by Dazz Tech. AI-generated text can be inaccurate or incomplete — every inquiry is reviewed by a human (usually the founder) before any follow-up, and you're always free to skip the assistant and contact us directly by WhatsApp or email.

Project engagements

If you proceed beyond the audit, scope and pricing are agreed and fixed in writing before work begins — nothing is billed based on this website's content alone. Unless your written agreement says otherwise: you own the code, data, hosting accounts, and credentials for systems we build for you at handover, and nothing is locked to Dazz Tech. Post-launch support windows and optional reliability retainers are described in your project agreement.

Acceptable use

When using the chat assistant or any form on this site, please don't:

• Submit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to extract, override, or "jailbreak" the assistant's instructions.
• Attempt to overwhelm, scrape, or attack the site or its APIs.
• Submit anyone else's personal information without their consent.

We may rate-limit, block, or ignore submissions that violate this section.

Intellectual property

The design, copy, and code of this website (excluding the open frameworks and libraries it uses) belong to Dazz Tech. The Command Center demo's visual design and sample content illustrate our work and may not be copied or reused without permission. This is separate from — and does not affect — the ownership terms for systems built for clients, which are set out under "Project engagements" above and in your project agreement.

No warranty; limitation of liability

This website, its demo, and the AI Booking Assistant are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site or assistant will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dazz Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. The audit guarantee described above is the only outcome guarantee this site makes; it does not extend to any project work, which is governed solely by your written agreement.

Third-party services

The AI Booking Assistant uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies, and form and booking submissions are routed through Resend's email service; the site is hosted on Vercel. See our Privacy Policy for how this affects your data. We aren't responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless your individual project agreement specifies otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
